1. Services Offered & Pricing

The Directory sells advertising space and premium listing placements to local businesses. We offer the following services: 

  • Standard Business Listings: A basic, free listing with essential information (business name, address, phone number).
  • Premium/Featured Listings: Enhanced visibility, ability to add photos/menus/detailed descriptions, higher placement in search results, and removal of third-party ads from the listing page.
  • Banner Advertising: Placement of graphical banner ads in designated areas of the website (e.g., homepage, category pages).
  • Lead Generation Services: (If applicable) Connecting potential customers with your business through our platform for a fee per lead. 

Pricing for paid services is detailed on our Pricing Page and is subject to change at the beginning of each renewal term. 

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Invoicing & Due Dates
  • All fees for Premium Listings and Advertising are payable in advance.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected during purchase).
  • Invoices for services will be generated and sent via email.
  • All payments are due within [e.g., fifteen (15) or thirty (30)] days of the invoice date. 
2.2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and [e.g., PayPal, ACH transfers]. Specific accepted methods will be detailed during the checkout process.

2.3. Late Fees

If payment is not received by the due date, the Directory reserves the right to charge a late fee not to exceed [e.g., 1.5%] per month of the overdue amount. We may also suspend or discontinue the Advertiser’s services until the balance is paid in full. 

3. Subscriptions & Cancellations

3.1. Automatic Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted service, all paid listings and advertising plans are set to automatically renew at the end of their term (monthly or annual). Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date. 

3.2. Cancellation Policy

Advertisers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting us in writing. 

  • Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges.
  • The Advertiser’s listing or ad placement will remain active for the remainder of the currently paid-for term.
3.3. No Refunds 

All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle. The advertiser is responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon advertising term. 

4. Disclaimers and Liability

  • The Directory does not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or business outcomes as a result of advertising on our platform.
  • Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content (text, images, logos) they submit for their listings or advertisements. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the Directory harmless from any claims arising from their content.
  • We reserve the right to review and reject any advertisement or listing content deemed inappropriate or in violation of our Terms of Service. 
  • All transactions are conducted directly between you and the Listed Business.
  • Prices, availability, discounts, and product descriptions are controlled by the Listed Business, not Memphis Coupon Book.
  • We do not process payments, ship orders, or handle billing issues.
  • If you have a dispute regarding a purchase, you must contact the Listed Business customer support.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We do not handle shipping. All shipping and fulfillment are managed by the Listed Business.
  • Delivery times and shipping costs may be determined by the retailer, distributor, or manufacturer.
  • If a product is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, you must contact the seller directly for resolution.
  • Memphis Coupon Book assumes no responsibility for late, lost, or incorrect shipments.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • We do not handle refunds or returns. These policies are determined by the Listed Business.
